New York Hilton Midtown

We stayed in NYC because my granddaughters wanted to see "Wicked" on Broadway. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Midtown New York and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Mouctar, one of the team members there. From the moment I arrived, Mouctar went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. He greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, and he handled my check-in quickly and professionally—even offering helpful tips about local dining spots and attractions nearby. Throughout my stay, he checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and he was always ready to assist with anything I needed, whether it was extra amenities, directions, or just a friendly conversation. Mouctar’s attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to excellent service truly made me feel like a valued guest. It’s employees like him who make the Hilton brand stand out and keep guests coming back. Thank you, Mouctar, for making my visit to New York unforgettable!

The overall vibe was lovely. The gym was adequite. Breakfast was pricey but worth it for the stellar bagel & lox station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. Location: MoMA steps away, Theater District walking distance. Pro-tip: 55th and 6th (a block away) has some proper everyday-New-York spots: a newsstand to grab a NY Times, an old school coffee shop (Astro), a pub (Cassidy's), and a deli (Stage Star).

Location is great. The grab n go food in lobby was excellent and convenient - good value too. We upgraded to skyline view and it was well worth it.
